All in all, some very comical moments, dialogue, and characters. Some of the effects in the film were quite cheesy, but it actually worked, seeing as how it was a comedy. all tongue in cheek and I think they're claiming cult status before
it's deserved, but for an amateur production it's damn good. And
they obviously know they are crap because they admit it upfront;
only it is pretty good crap compared to what most of us could do.
So whilst it sure 'aint Hollywood it was never trying to be. Bump
for anyone who hasn't yet had a look at the Bluesmoke thing. Well

I'm pretty sure this isn't another of those things that everyone
else knows about that I've mysteriously managed to miss out on completely.
Bluesmoke is the
ongoing tale of a ramshackle band of cop-type people. If you like
live action cop spoofs with the most phenomenally bad acting you ever
saw, you'll love this. It's kind of like the Beastie Boys' "Sabotage"
video, but without the locations or the snappy direction. Marvellous"
